Feature and Follow Friday #44

Feature & Follow Friday is a weekly meme that allows book bloggers to interact with each other and find new blogs! It has two hosts, Parajunkee and Alison Can Read. The rules are...

(Required) Follow the Follow My Book Blog Friday Hosts {Parajunkee & Alison Can Read}
(Required) Follow our Featured Bloggers
Put your Blog name & URL in the Linky thing. You can also grab the code if you would like to insert it into your posts.
Grab the button up there and place it in a post, this post is for people to find a place to say “hi” in your comments and that they are now following you.
If you are using WordPress or another CMS that doesn’t have GFC (Google Friends Connect) state in your posts how you would like to be followed
Follow Follow Follow as many as you can, as many as you want, or just follow a few. The whole point is to make new friends and find new blogs. Also, don’t just follow, comment and say hi. Another blogger might not know you are a new follower if you don’t say “HI”
If someone comments and says they are following you, be a dear and follow back. Spread the Love…and the followers
If you’re new to the follow Friday hop, comment and let me know, so I can stop by and check out your blog.

This weeks question is...

Are you also a writer and what genre or did you ever consider writing? - Suggested by The Pegster Reads

Kristine's Answer:

I am not a writer but I certainly wish that I had the imagination and creativity to be one. I remember when I was a young girl I attempted to write a book at my mother's typewriter (yes I am dating myself) and I don't think I got more than 30 pages in. I think it was about a girl and there may have been horses but I can't really remember. I was probably about 9 or 10 at the time. It was clear that I would much rather read and enjoy the talents of other people.

Terri is away but she is not a writer either. If I do remember correctly, she also attempted to write a book when we were little. I vaguely remember having to share our typewriter time.

What about you?

That is our Feature and Follow Friday for this week! Comment down below if you're a new follower of ours with a link to your blog and we will make sure to follow you back. You can follow us via gfc, bloglovin, email, facebook and/or twitter.

  1. Typewriters are awesome. I had lots of computers when I was little but I still insisted on writing on my dad's old typewriter.

  2. Nice! I think I had an updated child typewriter at one point! Tried writing on it, but the thing is I always type too fast and there's no delete key on those!

Still trying to be a published writer myself, but lately the creative juices stopped flowing! They're rolling today of course with more gumption and determination, but the cold I have and throbbing in my head tells me to wait another day or two until I've healed!

    Here's my Follow Friday

    Have a GREAT day!
