Colleen Hoover delivers a tour de force novel about a troubled marriage and the one old forgotten promise that might be able to save it.
Quinn and Graham’s perfect love is threatened by their imperfect marriage. The memories, mistakes, and secrets that they have built up over the years are now tearing them apart. The one thing that could save them might also be the very thing that pushes their marriage beyond the point of repair.
All Your Perfects is a profound novel about a damaged couple whose potential future hinges on promises made in the past. This is a heartbreaking page-turner that asks: Can a resounding love with a perfect beginning survive a lifetime between two imperfect people?

Terri's Thoughts
My sister and co-blogger has been a huge fan of Colleen Hoover for many years now. Since we share the blog, I have stayed away from her work in order to offer up our views on as many different author's and genres as possible. The time has finally come for me to discover her work after she has talked about it so often. This is my first foray in to her work and I chose to use audio format in order to make a flight less painful. Boy am I glad I did.
The one thing my sister has always said to me, and documented in her reviews is that Hoover has a way of defining connections between people like no other and I have to say I agree. This book was a perfect example of the good and the bad when two people connect. Alternating between when Quinn and Graham first started their journey and the present day status of their journey, I was rivetted from the get go.
I will say that Hoover excels at the instant attraction and magic of a new relationship. The witty banter and sizzling energy between the two had me in their corner from day one. I was excited as Graham and Quinn were as they delved in to their future together. I was as saddened and heartbroken in their present day situation as they were as well. When the past and the present collided, I may have shed a tear or two.
I have to admit that it is rare that I rate a book outside of the historical fiction genre a 5 star rating however with this book I will go against my regular trend. While I may be late to the game in discovering Hoover, I think the way I review books may change. Who needs to bing watch Netflix when you can binge read Colleen Hoover!
Blog spoiler alert: There may be many more Colleen Hoover books reviewed by me in the days to come!
